We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. After confirmation of your order, the goods are usually ready to shipment between 2-3 weeks, depending on the model. PLS note that during the holiday season, delivery times can be longer than usual

Our prices always depend on the total quantity of your order. More simply, the price will decrease when the order quantity increases. If you would like to get exact pricing, we need quantity, and packaging information of the required products.

Yes, we do offer OEM and ODM services,allowing us to customize pump products to meet your unique technical and design requirements. Whether you need modifications to an existing product or require an entirely new design, our team is well-equipped to provide tailored solutions. Regarding the handling of customized pump specifications, we work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop a corresponding plan. The costs and timeframe for customization may vary based on the complexity and scope of the project, but we ensure to provide transparent and competitive custom solutions for you.

Our certificates are issued to the partner factories that build each product line. For example, centrifugal pumps from one of our partner factories hold an LVD/EMC attestation of conformity valid until October 2028. Tell us the model you need and we will send the current certificate that applies to it.

We generally require a deposit to start production, with the balance due upon shipment. Specific terms can be discussed and agreed upon based on your order details.
