Send the required flow, total head, inlet pressure, pipe size, liquid temperature, power supply, daily operating time and installation arrangement. A current pump nameplate or system curve helps us check the duty point faster.
Start with the required flow and head. Single-stage models are often reviewed for moderate-head transfer duties, while a multistage structure is useful when the system needs more head within the listed flow range. We confirm the choice against the pump curve.
CHL, CHLF, CHM, MHI, MS and CDLF list SS304 casing or hydraulic components, while other models use different casing and impeller combinations. Check the table and tell us the liquid and corrosion conditions before selecting materials.
P(D)L is listed up to 153 m maximum head and CDLF up to 213 m. MHI and the CHL-family models cover lower published head ranges. Final selection depends on the required flow at that head, not the maximum figure alone.
