BUYER QUESTIONS

Pipeline Pump FAQ

What data do you need to select a pipeline pump?

Send the required flow, total head, pipe diameter, liquid temperature, system pressure, power supply and daily operating time. A system curve or current pump nameplate is also useful.

What is the difference between PH, HiPH3 and TD?

PH covers DN25–DN50 and a broad compact-duty range. HiPH3 focuses on DN40–DN50 connections and 10.6–19 m³/h maximum flow. TD extends to DN300, 900 m³/h and 200 kW for larger pipe systems.

Can the pump be installed directly in an existing pipeline?

These models use inline suction and discharge connections. You still need to check the flange standard, pipe support, service clearance, flow direction and installation height before fitting the pump.

Can these pumps handle hot water?

PH and HiPH3 are listed for clean water up to 100°C, while TD is listed up to 110°C. Tell us the continuous and peak temperatures so we can confirm the mechanical seal and motor arrangement.

What should be considered when planning maintenance access?

Leave enough clearance around the pump for motor and mechanical-seal inspection or removal. We also recommend installing isolation valves on both sides of the pump so the unit can be serviced without draining the entire pipeline. Send us your installation drawing and we will help you check the required access space before you order.

What can you customize for private-label orders?

Depending on the model and order quantity, we can discuss branding, nameplates, model naming, manuals, cartons, labels, barcodes and agreed inspection documents.
