Draconis CHLF segmented horizontal multistage pump features stamped stainless steel hydraulic components with superior mild corrosion and high temperature resistance, supporting medium temperature up to 110℃. With stable high-pressure delivery, it is widely used in hot water circulation, food beverage transportation and industrial cleaning systems.
STAINLESS STEEL & MULTISTAGE DESIGN
We use SS304 for the CHLF casing, impellers, and shaft. These stainless steel components resist corrosion in compatible clean-water duties.
Successive impeller stages build pressure to overcome elevation, pipe losses, and downstream pressure requirements. You select the model by the flow and head your system needs.
You can specify CHLF for equipment designed around a horizontal pump layout. Check the mounting dimensions and access needed for installation and maintenance.
The CHLF series description lists liquid temperatures up to 110°C. Send us your operating temperature so we can confirm the selected configuration for that duty.
CLEAN-WATER APPLICATIONS
You can use the CHLF stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump for clean-water transfer and pressure boosting. We check the selected model against your liquid temperature and operating duty.
Supply clean water to commercial facilities, industrial equipment, and distribution systems at the required operating flow and pressure.
Circulate water through heating equipment and pipework within the selected pump’s approved temperature and operating conditions.
Move clean water through air-conditioning systems, cooling circuits, and industrial machinery. Share the duty point so we can check the model.
Supply clean utility water to washing equipment in food and beverage facilities. This application does not imply approval for direct food or beverage transfer.
SELECTION & BULK SUPPLY
We accept CHLF inquiries from distributors, equipment manufacturers, and project buyers. Send your operating requirements and purchasing specifications for standard supply or a partial-customization review.
Tell us the flow you need during normal operation and the total head, including elevation, pipe losses, and downstream pressure requirements.
Confirm the liquid temperature, suction conditions, voltage, phase, frequency, pipe connections, and available installation dimensions.
Share your quantity, destination market, and requested configuration changes. For OEM or private-label supply, include your branding, documentation, and packaging brief so we can review the available scope.
Sample policy: We supply samples in standard configuration. We do not customize sample units.
BUYER QUESTIONS
The current specifications list 220 V / 50 Hz, 380 V / 50 Hz, and 220–240 V / 50 Hz supplies, depending on the model. Send us your required voltage, phase, and frequency. If you need 60 Hz, we will separately confirm availability and the corresponding hydraulic performance.
Multistage impellers build pressure, but they do not provide automatic constant-pressure control on their own. You also need a suitable control arrangement. Tell us your target pressure and how water demand changes so we can review the pump and controls together.
You can inquire about partial custom configurations. Send your pump specification, branding, packaging, documentation, and order quantity. We will confirm the available scope and commercial terms before production. Samples are supplied in standard configuration only.
